Q. What is the "managed" Craigslist service?
A. It is Auto Classified Solution's posting and management of ads for automotive dealers.
Q. What do you mean by "managing" ads?
A. When an ad is posted now, it remains live for 30 days. We keep the pricing and images in the ad up to date. Additionally, we remove sold vehicle listings.
Q. When are ads posted?
A. Ads are posted 7 days a week and begin after 1pm extending into the evening hours. Hitting the prime Craigslist Traffic times.
Q. When are ads updated?
A. Ads are updated every day, once a day beginning at 4am.
Q. Can I post all of my inventory at once?
A. Yes, using our monthly posting option we can post all of your inventory in a single day adding new vehicles to Craigslist as they are available.
Q. What if I want to post every day?
A. We also offer a daily posting option. Allowing us to specify an amount to post each day.
Q. Can I post all my cars one day then a small amount each day after that?
A. Yes. You can specify an initial upload amount. We will complete a number of postings equal to that amount and then begin posting the specified daily amount the next day.
Q. Can I post in multiple areas?
A. Yes.
Q. Can I post in multiple areas at the same time?
Q. Will I receive email leads?
A. Yes, we utilize the Craigslist Email Relay and forward any leads received via email to any email address you choose.
Q. Can email leads be sent to my CRM?
A. Yes, however they are not formatted and cannot be sent in ADF/XML. We recommend sending them to a regular email address.
Q. Can I limit how much I spend each month?
A. Yes, when you sign up you will specify a budget and our system will not exceed that amount.
Q. What if I reach my budget too early?
A. Our account management team will reach out to you to inquire about your desire to continue posting once the budget has been reached.
Q. What about my CL Account, will I have to call them each month?
A. No, Craigslist now offers the ability to buy blocks of postings online. You can login and do it that way or allows our team to login and make that purchase on your behalf.
Q. Is there any way to monitor my service?
A. Yes, we offer a comprehensive dashboard tool that allows you to monitor today's acitivity as well as the last 30 days. Additionally, you can select a date range and look at the history of your service in regards to postings and leads.
Q. Does the dashboard display my budget or CL prepaid amount?
A. Yes, the dashboard display your available budget and available prepaid amount.
Q. Are there any email alerts available?
A. Yes, we have a nightly reporting system that is emailed to every dealer detailing the days activity as well as the past 30 days.
